

Online User Surveys
Online surveys today are an accepted research method, offering a fast, low cost method of asking detailed questions of specific target groups. The Destination Web Watch Online Surveys will give a DMO an insight into the needs, opinions, satisfaction and behaviour of the users of its web site(s).
The survey deploys a questionnaire for users to complete at the time of their visit. The questionnaire will have a standard core set of questions, enabling benchmarking. The survey will provide information that is essential to the formation of an organisation's marketing strategy information not only about users reactions to the site, but also its impact on their behaviour helping to give the organisation a competitive edge in the new electronic marketplace.
Report
The service includes the deployment of the Online Survey for a period of up to twelve months. The DMO will have access to online reports at any time. An annual report will be prepared by the service provider on the aggregate analysis of all the Online Survey data for each calendar year, showing yearly trends and enabling the DMO to benchmark its performance at macro level. If the DMO requires analysis or interpretation of data to be undertaken by the service provider on its behalf, this will be available on a customized basis.
Price
1500 per site (excluding VAT), 300 for extra language versions.
UNWTO and IFITT members will qualify for a 10% reduction on the prices noted above.
